Cold applied poly-ceramic coatings rebuild worn pump casings, vanes and impellers, and protect new ones against erosion, corrosion and cavitation.
Repair what would be scrapped
Ceramic paste rebuilds deep erosion, re-faces damaged vanes and repairs cracked cutwaters, casings and ring seats. Many repairs can be done in one day.
Efficiency
Coating smooths rough, eroded flow passages. It can improve efficiency 3 to 8% on new pumps and up to 20% on older pumps already in service.
